TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Final Sale Policy
All Shukra garments are made-to-order and handcrafted. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. Alterations
Complimentary minor fit alterations are available within 4 weeks of delivery. Courier charges apply. Design changes or remakes are not included.
3. Delivery Timelines
While we strive to meet agreed timelines, handcrafted garments may occasionally require extended production time. Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.
4. Colour & Fabric Disclaimer
Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, and embroidery are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within India only. Shipping timelines begin once the garment is dispatched.
