RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS POLICY
Store Credit & ReturnsÂ
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We offer store credit on all eligible returns initiated within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags intact and in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for store credit.
To initiate a return, email us at orders@shukraofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we confirm eligibility, please ship the garment back to our studio. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting the garment, we will issue a store credit code valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Alterations
Each Shukra garment is made to order and crafted by hand. Complimentary minor fit alterations are available within 4 weeks of delivery. Courier charges to and from our studio apply. Design changes or remakes are not included. To arrange an alteration, email us at orders@shukraofficial.com with your order number.
Manufacturing Defects
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us at orders@shukraofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case and work to make it right.
